Appleby Student Wins Creativity Award in Popfizz Roblox Game Development Contest

E Raymond Appleby Elementary School, located in Spotswood, New Jersey is proud to announce that Martin Tirpak, fifth grade student, has won the Creativity Award in the Popfizz Roblox Game Development Contest. The Roblox "Make it Pop" Game Development Contest is created to help students discover their passion for computer science and coding. Participants created their own Roblox universe to win prizes. 1,200 students enrolled in the Popfizz Roblox Course, 63 teams and individuals made the submissions, 6 were selected for the final round and Martin won second place!
The Popfizz content development team and Roblox Education participated as the judging panel. Here are some of the comments from the judges: "Short obby but has various fun and colorful elements." "The consistent use of red kill brick makes the game rules easy to understand." "The stages had various elements making the obby fun to play." "The use of the transparent wall is very clever."
